My name is Sherry. I am a curly girl living with my husband on the coast of the beautiful state of North Carolina. After fighting the humidity here for many, many years, I finally decided to embrace my natural curls. It's been three and a half years now and I am loving my hair. But, there are very few hardly any natural textured gals where I live. So, I generally rely on the web, or pure imagination. Sometimes good, sometimes bad! Always interesting.
I noticed a while back that I often find myself wearing the same style over and over again. At the same time, I find myself looking at styles found in movies, magazines, and even here locally, on not-so-curly girls, thinking, " I bet I could do that with my natural hair."
This is my site to show you what I'm doing to shake things up a little. I'll upload some of my latest styles. Maybe I can get some suggestions from you all too. Plus, I thought it'd be neat to show you all some of the hairstyles I'd like to "remix" (get it, lol) into a natural hair do. I know that there are some very talented ladies out there, so, I'm all eyes and ears!
